Caring for Patients
with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Personalized Care

Each of our patients is assigned an individual Patient Care Advocate (PCA).
Our PCA's are in touch regularly to make sure the patient's needs are being met.  They will call to find out if deliveries have arrived as expected, if there are issues with any medications, and as a reminder when prescriptions are due to be refilled.

Putting the patients' needs first

Kerr Health will coordinate care with other providers, if necessary, to ensure that each patient receives the assistance they need.

We can also help with patient/caregiver training for medication injections, and we follow up with the physician once the training is complete.

  • Hands-on instruction for subQ injection
  • Demonstrating/teaching sterile technique and administration, leaving patients confident to continue treatment each month

The Kerr Advantage

Our patients' well-being is our number one priority.  Our comprehensive and holistic approach is designed to improve health care outcomes.  We view ourselves as an extension of the physician's practice, delivering the high quality, compassionate level of care patients have come to expect.
