Individual Care
You will be assigned a dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA) as a point of contact for our services. Your PCA will be in touch with you regularly to make sure your needs are being met. They will call to find out if your delivery has arrived as expected, if you are having any issues with your medications, and to remind you when your prescription is due to be filled.
Our Clinical Pharmacists are available to speak with you about your medications and answer any questions you may have. Pharmacists and Nurses are available 24/7 to assist with questions or issues as they arise.
