Adherence can be the turning point in managing your disease, which is why Kerr Health assigns all patients a dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA). PCA's serve as a point of contact for our services. Your PCA will be in touch with you regularly to make sure your needs are being met. They will call to find out if your delivery has arrived as expected, if you are having any issues with your medications, and to remind you when your prescription is due to be filled.
