Nancy is one of our nurses. With 20 years’ experience in fertility practice, Nancy is able to conduct infertility treatment education classes – from the basics of the female reproductive cycle to how to unpack, store, and administer fertility drugs – in the comfort of your physician’s office.

Individual Care

Another key member of the Kerr fertility care team is your personal Patient Care Advocate (PCA). Your PCA serves as your link to Kerr Health, helping you with insurance issues, enrollment in the DesignRx Managed Cash^® program, as well as coordinating your medication deliveries and connecting you with our clinical team.

When ‘Next Day’ is Not Good Enough

An essential element of the Kerr advantage is knowing that you are always covered by our network of retail stores throughout North Carolina. Although it’s not typical, we sometimes encounter patients who have immediate medication needs. The success of their cycle depends on receiving medications within hours. When ‘next day’ service is not an option, it’s comforting to know that Kerr Drug has 11 of its stores designated as ‘emergency fertility sites,’ where fertility medications are always kept on hand. These sites have been strategically located to provide maximum access, placing them within a two hour drive of almost anywhere in North Carolina.
