Each patient is assigned a personal Patient Care Advocate (PCA). Your PCA serves as a point of contact for our services. They will be in touch regularly to make sure your needs are being met. Your PCA will call to find out if your delivery arrived as expected, if you are having issues with your medications, and to remind you when your prescription is due to be filled.

Kerr Health has a staff of residency-trained clinical pharmacists, nurses and experienced professionals who provide innovative health care services from a holistic perspective. Our clinical pharmacists and nurses are available 24/7 to assist patients with any questions or medication issues.
